我公司承建的山東省濟寧市兗州區(qū)生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2022年8月5日通過72+24小時試運行。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for the municipal waste incineration plant in Yanzhou Jining, Shandong passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on August 5, 2022.

該項目建設(shè)日焚燒處理垃圾1500噸，年處理量為54.75萬噸，配32 MW（1×20MW+1×12MW）汽輪發(fā)電機組。煙氣凈化采用“爐內(nèi)SNCR（尿素)（非我司合同范圍內(nèi)）＋半干法(消石灰漿液)（非我司合同范圍內(nèi)）＋干法(消石灰噴射)（非我司合同范圍內(nèi)）＋活性炭噴射（非我司合同范圍內(nèi)）＋袋式除塵器（非我司合同范圍內(nèi)）+SGH+SCR（尿素）+催化劑（三菱重工）”的處理工藝，為我司EP工程。

The daily capacity of the plant is 1500 tons, the annual treatment capacity is 547,500 tons. A set of 32 MW (1×20MW+1×12MW) steam turbine generator is equiped. FGC adopts the process of SNCR with urea (not in Huaxing scope) + semi-dry with slaked lime slurry (not in Huaxing scope) + dry with slaked lime injection (not in Huaxing scope) + activated carbon injection (not in Huaxing scope) + bag filter (not in Huaxing scope) + SGH + SCR with urea + Catalyst (MHI). It is an EP project of Huaxing.
